Payment Method

PayPal - it is convenient, fast, and easy to use.

I use the following carrier to deliver your order:

Domestic Mail – First Class and Priority Mail

International Shipping Services
Expected delivery date varies by destination and shipping services. However, delays happen due to weather conditions, or customs screening upon entry. I cannot guarantee delivery, once the package leaves USA the package is no longer tractable.

Import Tax
International customers may also be subject to an import tax, as calculated and applied by their own government (we are not provided with your tax implication information before or after shipping your package). Should this fee be applied to you, Volks-Baggin will not be held responsible for covering or reimbursing charges.

Returns, Refunds
I do accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact me to discuss the problem as I am more than happy to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I offer full refunds or replacement items. I do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order. When the original item(s) is received, you will be credited in full product(s) plus original shipping cost. All item(s) must be in “as-new” condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
